Hee-Dong is one of the original founders of Kingsley, and previously a Partner. In 2023, he moved to South Korea to lead and grow affiliate asset manager, Kingsley Asset Management, as its CEO.

Prior to Kingsley, Hee-Dong worked at Invision Private Equity, the Boston Consulting Group and as Head of M&A at acute care homes operator AMEOS AG, growing the business to over €250 million in revenues through multiple acquisitions. Hee-Dong has an undergraduate degree from the LSE and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
