Jakub is a Partner at Kingsley, where he leads the development of new companies and has additional responsibility for portfolio management. Before joining Kingsley, Jakub worked at LEK Consulting and began his career at MP Corporate Finance, later joining Grant Thornton in Poland as Head of M&A.

Jakub has two energetic sons that take up a lot of his time! Outside for work, he enjoys travelling, visiting art galleries and playing golf.
