Neil is a founder of Kingsley and its largest shareholder. Prior to Kingsley, he worked at J. Rothschild Capital Management (“JRCM”), working directly for the late Lord Jacob Rothschild and later leading private investment activities for RIT Capital Partners plc. During his time at JRCM, Neil helped companies determine their strategy, identify the right talent, and develop effective platforms for growth. After this, Neil decided to establish Kingsley, dedicated to conceiving and creating new companies in growing markets, and providing ongoing guidance and operational support to management teams.
