London-based private equity firm, Kingsley Capital Partners (‘Kingsley’), today announces the launch of Atlas Tower Group (‘Atlas’), a leading independent UK provider, owner and operator of wireless infrastructure.

Atlas has been established to support and strengthen the delivery of 5G wireless infrastructure to businesses and consumers around the UK, providing innovative design solutions that meet growing demand and community expectations. Atlas will provide an end-to-end service covering all operational services – including site searches, acquisition, design, build, rigging and ongoing maintenance – as well as integration services and built-to-suit services for mobile network operators. 

Kingsley has established Atlas alongside family office and institutional investors. The team’s extensive TMT experience means Kingsley is well placed to build a business that will provide real and lasting value, and deliver a transformative change to the UK economy.
